Such gorgeous reflections Kaitlyn🤍

I actually had a similar experience a few weeks ago. I was spending a day at the beach by myself and I had all those plans to swim, to yoga, finish a book and write. When I got there and sat down I really felt like doing nothing, just being there. I spent hours just looking at the sea and breathing and afterwards laying down, looking at the sky! I agree that nothing can compare to just being there in the moments of our life 🩵

I love this so much! It’s such a beautiful thing to be able to experience so much fullness in the simplicity of things. ✨

This touched a piece of my soul <3 Have been feeling so similar – not truly being able to articulate how an experience changes you but just knowing that it has. I feel the same call to adventure. Cannot wait to experience it with you next week <3

Love that you are exploring the coast! If you go to Deer Isle again and are interested in doing a sea kayak out to the islands I know a great guide!

Oh that sounds right up my alley, and I would love to hold on to that information! It’s a different experience entirely to see from the water.

"Life is saying in these moments, “will you just be here with me, and forget the rest?”"

Wow, Kaitlyn. This line spoke straight to my heart.

And your trip to Deer Isle really sounds magical in its purest sense. These ordinary moments really can be the most extraordinary too.

Really, it’s like you said, sometimes it can be so simple. We always seem to try and make it more, which takes away from the more right in front of us. Wishing you all the magic today, George. And every day. 🙏🏻

Absolutely. I often think "why look for more, when this is more than enough!"

And honestly, my magic for today came through reading your words. So thank you for that.

This resonates a lot 🩵! I went on a spontaneous overnight camping trip to the coast this past weekend and indeed; these are the moments you feel so present that no words are needed.
